This luxurious B&B, located just 9 km from the coast, at an altitude of 341m, is an oasis of peace in the countryside, yet close to the sea. An inn over 100 years old that has been given a new lease of life as a B&B with a welcoming atmosphere. A unique refuge where you can fully enjoy the mountains, the sea and the Mediterranean sun.
The finca is the ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful Sierra de Aitana, with its natural landscapes, villages and hidden corners that are often overlooked by the fame and attraction of the coast.
The finca is located on a plot of land with an area of over 7,000 m² with several accommodation units:
1. The main building (the old inn) consists of four guest rooms with en-suite bathroom, a living room with fireplace, a summer lounge, a dining room, a kitchen, a guest toilet, a laundry room, a storage room, a reception, a TV room and a terrace where breakfast and dinner are served.
2. Adjacent to the main building are two more guest rooms, also with private bathrooms, one of which also has a small living room with kitchenette.
3. Next to the main building are two wooden chalets with three independent studios with kitchenette, plus another studio in an adjacent building.
4. Finally, on the property we find another building of about 15 years old, which currently serves as a residence and consists of a large living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and two bathrooms, plus some outbuildings with a veranda.
The total surface of the buildings is 587 m². The complex also has a large swimming pool (76 m2) with relaxing views of the mountains.
