In addition to buying and selling guidance as a registered and certified NVM broker-appraiser, we also carry out (NWWI-validated) valuations for both private individuals and business clients in Breda and the surrounding area. And we are particularly active in the field of new construction, throughout the entire process: from the initial advice in the plan design up to and including the supervision of the actual sale. 

Together with our clients (e.g. housing cooperatives, investors, developers and contractors) we have successfully marketed a wide variety of new construction projects over the years.
