VILLA GIOIA
The beautiful Villa Gioia is located on the east coast of the island of Giglio and offers a breathtaking panorama of the sea: the view stretches from Arenella beach over the turquoise coloured sea to the Tuscan coast with the peninsula of Monte Argentario and the island of Giannutri on the horizon. Surrounded by greenery – the nearest “neighbor” is a few hundred meters away – the villa is immersed in a typical terraced garden and you can enjoy the scent of Mediterranean scrub and spice plants.

The villa was built in the 1950s by a well-known architect as a private residence, architect who constructed a second almost identical villa in sight on the Monte Argentario. In the early 2000s, the Stam family took over the villa and renovated everything in an authentic, elegant style with great attention to detail.

HOLIDAY APARTMENTS
In the main villa you will find the 3 holiday apartments “Panoramica“, “Torre” and “Amici” as well as the apartment of the owners. The fourth apartment “Romantica“, is a small cottage detached in the garden and was completed only in 2022.

At the Villa at the moment there are:
- 5 Apartments’ with each a Double bedroom
- 6 bathrooms (1 bathroom each apartment, two in Casa Torre)
- Plus the 3 sofas in Amici, Panoramica and Torre that can host 6 more people altogether.

So altogether the Villa can sleep 16-18 people (10 in bedrooms and the rest on sofas).

The wonderful beach of Arenella and the picturesque port of Giglio Porto with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants are just 4 minutes (1,7 km) away.
