I ended up in the real estate business by chance in 1987. Where our Venloos office is now located, the real estate agency Hubert Zeelen was located at the time. Here I was given the opportunity to develop as a real estate agent and appraiser. What is special is that my workplace has never changed, but my employer has. I am happy that VeTeBe acquired Woonlinq in 2013. This transition made me part of a close-knit team with many enthusiastic and expert employees. I am mainly involved in the sale of new construction projects and the valuation of homes. It is satisfying when you reach a deal that the buyer and seller are both satisfied with. Fortunately, thanks to our extensive network and clear way of working, this happens regularly.
