I’m not your typical buying agent. Originally from the Netherlands, I’ve been living in Valencia for over five years, and I’ve truly made it my home. Whether it’s a sleek penthouse in the heart of the city or a serene villa tucked away in the hills, I know exactly where to look.

With a background in real estate marketing and studies from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and New School for Online Marketing, I bring both strategy and local expertise to every search. I work independently, but as a proud affiliate of Baerz Property Finders & Advisors.

I specialize in luxury homes, guiding affluent buyers through the local market. My clients are successful, detail-oriented, and expect top-tier service, and I love that. I'm used to navigating complex requirements and offering a level of dedication, discretion, and thoroughness that goes far beyond the traditional.

I strongly believe in clear boundaries and ethical representation. Coming from the Dutch real estate world, I’ve been trained in a system where a buyer’s agent works exclusively for the buyer, and the seller is represented by their own agent. This separation helps to avoid conflicts of interest and ensures that negotiations stay transparent, objective, and fair. It’s a principle I carry with me in everything I do here in Spain.

For me, buying property is never just about the transaction, it’s about lifestyle. I see it as a bespoke service. Outside of real estate, I’m all about balance. I stay active through running, boxing, and sailing. I eat healthy, live consciously, and fully embrace the Spanish way of life. Valencia stole my heart with its energy, sunshine, food, and laid-back elegance.
