Superbly located villas on a well-known 18-hole golf course in the region of Alicante, with excellent orientation and spectacular views of the golf course and the mountains. 

These beautifully designed villas are built around a central courtyard that provides extra light. On the ground floor, the villa is divided into a living and sleeping area. The living room with open kitchen and adjoining storage room opens onto a sun-drenched terrace with private pool. In the sleeping area we find the master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom en-suite and a second bedroom with bathroom.

On the first floor there is a third bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the beautiful terrace with views over the golf course. The villas also have a basement of 115 m² (unfinished).

A total of 14 villas will be built, divided into two phases (8 villas in phase 1 and 6 in the second phase). Completion of the first phase is expected by the summer of 2026. The start of the second phase is not yet known.
