The surroundingsThese villas are located near Cap Martinet, in the most desirable part of the island. The beach of Talamanca can be reached by foot and both Dalt Villa and Marina Botafoch are within a five-minute drive. The villasThis project is from the Dutch architect Dick Venneman, who works with a team of local architects led by the renowned Carlos Soler. The design is inspired by modern Brazilian architecture. The high and large windows on the outside and inside merge into each other. From a total of nine villas, there are still six villas available. The residences are located in a secure gated community where security and privacy are paramount. Night vision cameras and underground pressure sensors are some of the modern techniques used to protect the community. The villas vary between 600 m² and 950 m², divided over three floors. All residences have five to seven bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms and underfloor heating in all rooms. Modern design and natural elements are characteristic of the residences, such as the ingenious wooden shutters and the floating design stairs. The open kitchen with marble floor is fully equipped with high-end built-in appliances, a generous cooking island and wine cooler. The exterior The villas have a plot of at least 1000 m² and all have a spacious and heated pool. With a view of the sea and their own parking garage, the villas have everything in terms of comfort, facilities, and environment.
